General Return Conditions<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To request a return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Customers should provide:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n<li>Name and contact details<\/li>\n<li>Description of the issue<\/li>\n<li>Photos or videos where relevant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The product must normally be unused and in its original condition unless the return relates to damage or a defect.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Fabrics Cut to Customer Measurements<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Fabrics that have been cut from a roll according to the customer&#8217;s requested length or quantity are generally considered prepared specifically for that customer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For this reason, such fabrics may not be eligible for return or exchange because of:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Change of mind<\/li>\n<li>Selecting the wrong quantity<\/li>\n<li>Selecting the wrong color<\/li>\n<li>Selecting the wrong fabric<\/li>\n<li>No longer needing the product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review their selection before confirming the order.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Tailored and Customized Products<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Products that have been:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Tailored<\/li>\n<li>Altered<\/li>\n<li>Embroidered<\/li>\n<li>Cut according to specific measurements<\/li>\n<li>Customized according to customer instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund once work has started or been completed, except where the product is defective or does not match the confirmed order.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Color Differences<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Fabric colors displayed on the website may vary slightly from the physical fabric because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batch variations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Reasonable color differences that result from these factors may not qualify as defects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If exact color matching is essential, customers should contact us before ordering where possible.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Incorrect Measurements Provided by the Customer<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ezar is not responsible for tailoring or customization issues resulting from inaccurate measurements or incorrect instructions supplied by the customer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If alterations are possible, additional charges may apply.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cancellation may be possible if:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>The fabric has not yet been cut<\/li>\n<li>Tailoring or customization has not started<\/li>\n<li>The order has not been dispatched<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Once fabric has been cut or customization has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/p>\n<h2>8.
